i just discovered this band, Kings of Convenience and i'm really enjoying them...their style isn't what i would typically go for, but it's definitely doing it for me lately.

anyways, i wore this outfit to work and a coworker goes, "that's so cute..i wish i could wear mix match prints and pull it off".  my response was, "you can!  just go for it, why not?" 

so that goes for you too.  

i'm really gonna try to just not care about rules in regard to fashion...not that i ever really have, but i think i still try to follow certain guidelines without even being aware of it, but no more!  :)

i am so glad that the weather has been mild lately and i'm not forced into wearing jeans or leggings everyday to ward off freezing temperatures.  i'm celebrating by continuing to wear light summery stuff with fall boots and accessories :)
