new arts!
hey everyone! how is your wednesday going so far? i had a rough bout of insomnia last night, so i'm pretty tired. anyways, i wanted to share with you a few pictures of some new art i've been working on :)
i have my first art show next week, so i've been trying to kick the creative side of my brain into high gear!
the first picture is a self portrait of my little deer. the others are process pictures of an owl i'm working on :) kinda creepy you can see my boots at the end of the frame, haha. i've been into fabric art before, but not for a couple years...i'm glad to be into it again...it's nice to just sew and listen to music and be in your own space. i highly recommend opening pandora.com and creating the station: first aid kit. you'll get a modern folksy station which has NEVER let me down.
